These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Win Pak platform. Please read them carefully before registering or playing. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out here.
By accessing, registering on, or using the Win Pak platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform — whether you are a registered member or a visitor browsing the site without an account.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use Win Pak's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important: These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Win Pak. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference into these terms.
Win Pak reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, registered players will be notified via the platform's in-app notification system. It remains each player's responsibility to check these terms periodically.
Win Pak is an adult platform. To register and use Win Pak's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
Win Pak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Win Pak account. Operating multiple accounts, or attempting to do so, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.
Age verification: Win Pak takes underage access seriously. If there is reasonable cause to believe that a registered player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings accumulated during that period will be voided.
You are fully responsible for the security of your Win Pak account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. Win Pak will never contact you asking for your full password.
You must not share your account details with any other person, allow any third party to access or use your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account login — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.
Win Pak cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from a failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
All deposits on Win Pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Win Pak supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer via IBFT, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Supported methods and minimum deposit amounts may change over time — refer to the Deposit page for current details.
By making a deposit, you confirm that:
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless stated otherwise on the deposit page for a specific payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.
Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. Win Pak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
No Chargeback Policy: Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against Win Pak deposits are treated as a breach of these Terms. Win Pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account from which a fraudulent chargeback is initiated, and to pursue recovery of funds through appropriate channels.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. If you have deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same JazzCash account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tiers benefit from priority processing and higher single-transaction limits as detailed on the VIP page.
Win Pak processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days for standard accounts. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive faster processing — Platinum and Diamond members are typically processed within the same business day. These timelines refer to Win Pak's internal processing; the time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Win Pak reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit documentation confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within seven days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Bonus Wagering: Funds awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Your real-money PKR balance is never affected by active bonus wagering and can be withdrawn at any time. Always check the specific wagering requirements of any bonus before opting in.
Win Pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include a welcome bonus on first deposit, weekly cashback, weekend reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.
New players who make their first deposit of at least PKR 500 are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to PKR 5,000. The bonus is applied automatically to your account upon deposit. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of activation using eligible games.
Bonus Opt-In: Some promotions require manual opt-in via the Promotions page before making a qualifying deposit. Deposits made without opting in first will not retroactively qualify for the bonus. Always check the opt-in requirement for each promotion before depositing.
The Win Pak VIP programme is a five-tier loyalty scheme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — that rewards regular players with increased cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, monthly bonus credit, dedicated account management at higher tiers, and seasonal rewards during PSL and other cricket events.
VIP tier progression is based on your cumulative activity on the platform over a rolling period as defined in the VIP programme terms on the VIP page. Win Pak reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria and benefits at any time. Any material changes to the VIP programme will be communicated to active players via the in-app notification system with reasonable advance notice.
Win Pak offers Fish Games and Bingo as its primary game categories. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface before and during play. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing any real-money wagers.
Win Pak uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes across all games. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined independently of any player's account status, balance, or betting history.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Win Pak will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical issue on Win Pak's side, any stake placed for that round will be returned to your account. Win Pak is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures, device issues, or other factors outside of Win Pak's control.
Malfunctions: In the event of a malfunction, all affected game rounds are void. Win Pak reserves the right to withhold payouts from rounds that were affected by a malfunction pending investigation. Any decision made by Win Pak following a malfunction investigation is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Win Pak and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential permanent closure:
Win Pak monitors platform activity and may use automated and manual systems to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe you have been incorrectly flagged, contact the support team to raise a dispute. Win Pak's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final once an internal review has been completed.
Win Pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, or due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the standard verification process.
Players who have been permanently excluded from Win Pak at their own request through self-exclusion should not attempt to re-register. Win Pak will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players, but accepts no liability for losses incurred if a self-excluded player circumvents these measures to re-register and play.
Win Pak is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Gaming is intended as entertainment, not as a means to generate income. Win Pak strongly encourages all players to set a personal PKR budget before each session and to stick to it regardless of results.
