Creating an account takes under three minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number in the +92 format, choose a secure password, and complete the mobile OTP verification. Once your number is confirmed, your account is active and ready to use. You can then make your first PKR deposit and start playing Fish Games or Bingo straight away.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against Win Pak's terms and conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number within 30 seconds. Enter the OTP, choose a new password, and you are back in immediately. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and find the Security section. Toggle on two-step verification and follow the on-screen steps to link your Pakistani mobile number. From then on, every login will require both your password and a one-time PIN sent to your phone. This is one of the most effective ways to keep your PKR balance and personal information safe.

Deposits & Payments

Adding PKR funds, payment methods, processing times

Win Pak supports all major Pakistani payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, and mobile wallets. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Win Pak account within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule — usually between 15 minutes and a few hours during business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after one hour, check your transaction history and contact support with the reference number.

Yes, minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed on the Deposit page next to each payment option. Win Pak keeps entry amounts accessible for Pakistani players so you do not need to commit large sums to get started. Win Pak does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your own payment provider — for example, your bank or JazzCash — may apply their standard transaction charges. These charges are set by the payment provider and are not within Win Pak's control. To avoid surprises, check your payment provider's fee schedule before transferring funds.

Withdrawals

Cashing out, processing times, limits, verification

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Your withdrawal is then reviewed and processed. Standard withdrawals are sent to the same account or wallet used for your most recent deposit, which helps with verification and keeps the process smooth.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of approval. Bank Transfer withdrawals can take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing, which can reduce waiting times significantly. You can track the status of your withdrawal request in your account transaction history at any time.

Withdrawals can be placed on hold for a few reasons: identity verification may be pending, a bonus wagering requirement may not yet be met, or the system may have flagged the request for a routine security review. Win Pak Bingo follows the classic Bingo format — you purchase one or more cards for a scheduled Bingo round, numbers are drawn automatically at set intervals, and your card is marked accordingly. Complete a winning pattern (line, two lines, or full house depending on the room) before other players and you win the corresponding PKR prize for that round. Yes. Win Pak uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all game outcomes. Bingo draws are fully automated and independently randomised for each session. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet your bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 5,000 using that bonus before you can withdraw the winnings generated from it. Bonuses on Win Pak carry an expiry date. If a bonus is not claimed or the wagering requirement is not completed before the stated deadline, it will be automatically removed from your account.
